Title: My Turn at Muebe nuggets

Well I think Muebes recipe is tried, true and tested. We can send it on to betty crocker now ;D Really dont need to explain much so heres the pictures. I did use Cure and 1 TB Cayenne pepper.

After 5 hours I shellacked them with some more Veri veri Teriyaki (you gotta say it like elmer fudd about 30 times to get the wife goin)  ;D

3/4 of the batch done after 7 hours and I'm givin the rest another hour ;)

All done in the Bradley smoker with no Mods, Warrantys up in Oct., Mods coming soon ;D

Them there nuggets look gooood!

Gonna give them a shot using my Teriyaki recipe,,,,,,,,one of these days.  ::)

Wish I can find that soy vay up here in northern Ontario. I'm sure someone has it but not anyof the stores I have checked out.

Yes I did bud, but nothing for p0t-1w0 with in 250km's  >:(

might have to order some online from some place

WOW !! that close up picture really makes then look super good...nice
