Well today was our annually Thunder Ridge Block Party...
So I started with (2) 9+lbs butts, a little mustard and a little rub.
Started the fire...

6 pcs of charcoal and a handful of soaked Hickory wood chips. I'll also will add one Hickory Bradley Smoker Bisquettes every 30 minutes for flavor.

Seems like you go from one county to the next (in KY & TN) and some do the slaw and some don't.
And likewise, one county will only drink clear iced tea and the next only drinks it cloudy. Go figger.

It rained the whole time - during the smoke and party but we all had a great time.
