My 1/4 beef came with a bunch of short ribs. Never cooked any. Any recipes to share would be great.

I use the 3-2-1 method modified to 2-1.5 - 1+ The 1+ being I check for tenderness at 1 hr and cook til tender to the point desired. Always comes out good.
