Did you tell her all that stick making stuff is riding

inside the car so it can be taken out first.

Just in case you need to make sausage when you get there.

Nice looking sticks Rick. They turned out nice and plump. What spice blend do you use for most of your sticks?

This batch was coriander mix from the sausage maker. I switch up and go from my own to using some pre mix. All depends on how lazy i feeling :o
