I am hoping to finally use my bradley today, does anyone have a really good chicken recipe?

Jan's Rub.

Turn your smoker to 240 to 250.

Vent wide open.

A couple hours of smoke then cook till breast IT is 165*

You may want to finish in the broiler to crisp'en the skin.
