I Love OU812 lunch thread, and I love to eat Breakfast.
I don't everyday, but at least 3 to 4 times a week I fix a nice Breakfast.
Here's today's breakfast.
SRG grilled New York Strip Steaks seasoned with Salt Grass Steak House seasoning.
I used the 3/3/2/2/ method like I do on the Bubba Keg. (Faster than frying Bacon)
3 scrambled eggs with salt/pepper and a dash of Starnes, buttered toast with
Sweet Potato Pecan Butter and juicy cantaloupe.

That Sweet Potato Pecan Butter is a party in your mouth.
Man is it good. Can't wait to try it on some Flaky Biscuits.
Might take a couple spoon fulls and give it a short warm up.
Bet it would work as a topping for a bowl of Ice Cream.
Had some place to be this morning (saturday) and fixed me a "to go" breakfast.
Simple and easy.
Buttered hamburger bun skillet toasted.
Took the meat from a smoked ribs, chopped and wrapped
up in a damp paper towel and nuked. Added some Starnes.
Fried ringed a crack yoke egg, peppered and a slice of cheese.
Took about 5 minutes! Ready to go out the door.

Dang !!! and all I had was oatmeal... :(
Damn you guys. I worked till it was to late to pick up my pay check friday so breakfast for me will be toast. But it will have some of my homemade strawberry jam and/or my blueberry jam. :D :D :D
Sunday for some reason seems to be my favorite day to make breakfast.
If we went to Church and then went out for lunch, Breakfast got cooked
for supper. Usually made more than we where gonna eat and put the
biscuits together with left over eggs and bacon and some cheese and the
boys would have a heat n go breakfast for a few days in the week. Today's:
Peppered sausage milk gravy over some tore up biscuits.
Fried Bacon and fried eggs in the bacon grease and a cpl more biscuits for soppin'
Mayhal Jelly and Fig Preserves
(http://i1004.photobucket.com/albums/af165/classicrockgriller/Whats%20For%20Breakfast/SDC13035.jpg)
Real Butter and Community coffee with chickory

I'd have to have two pieces of toast so I could make sure
I had enough bread to sop up all the juice left on the plate.
Your breakfast looks great!

and I thought I was the only one who sopped up my runny eggs with rye bread. ::)
I just pick the plate up and lick it. The other Diner patrons kinda look at me funny when I do that, but it works for me.
Fresh apple/pecan cake.

and you just ate two...?... :D
That looks delicious and sounds even better. Apple/Pecan!
A splash of Maple Whiskey would go with that cuppa coffee!
Tipping the scales at just over a 1/4 pound...
Ham/egg/cheese sandwich.

No, it's those sandwich/deli 'flats' they sell. Skinny little whole wheat things.
Looks like this..
