Title: Bradley warranty/repairs - seam messed up and broken trim
Post by: jgoldwood on September 11, 2011, 11:59:21 AM
Hello.  Is the only way to file a repair under warranty claim by calling customer service?  I noticed today that the trim piece on the bottom is broken near the light - which seems to be very common - along with the seal that is causing the smoke to leak near the top hinge.  Since I've had this unit less than a week, I'm going to get everything fixed.  Thanks!

NO, I guess you can e-mail them, but a call is faster.

Be sure and register you Bradley first, that will save you some time.

You can do that online at the Bradley home page.

Thanks for the response.  Since it's the weekend, I went ahead and sent an email.  I'm ready to get smoking.
