Title: jerky nuggets for the returning troops

I'm was supposed to be leaving today for a fishing trip, but the youngest is back in the states and will be back with his wife by the end of the week so I am smoking everyday until I go down there on thurs. going to take a meat locker down there and bring back a meat locker from sams and costco ;D
today was round roasts, tomorrow is sirloin boulder made into jerky nuggets.

daughter and sil got this for me last Christmas

into the fridge overnight

10 lbs, high country pepper and garlic with a twist. since I am using th vac marinater I needed a liquid, soooo one of the 5lb batches is with corona beer, and the other with my home made cherry wine :o
would like to sprinkle something on for a nice crust but I'll have to sleep on that.

racked up and into the smoker.took every rack I had for 10 lbs of nuggets!

Yep! X3!

I have the same marinade machine. I found mine two years ago in a groc store on

close out. Retail was $99 and I paid $29. They work pretty good.

finished up the nuggets,the cherry wine added a nice hint of sweet with the pepper, I like it.
