So with movie night upon me again, I was at a loss of what to cook for the company that would soon be at my door. When I asked for suggestions from the attendees, juicy Lucy's were thrown out there. I have to admit, I was intrigued from the beginning. I headed to the fridge to check out what was possible and found sharp cheddar slices, jalapenos, provelone slices, and bacon. Sounded great to me! I started out with some 80/20 ground beef fashioning them into generous patties onto which I layered cheese and jalapenos:

The finished product with a can of beans for proportion:

Next comes the experimental smoking part. :) I put it them (4 patties for 3 pounds of meat) in the Bradley with some Oak at 225 degrees for a little over 2 hours and topped them with bacon and provelone cheese.

I added some bacon and cheese topped mashed potatoes and some grilling beans to round things off.

Not too shabby!
HUH?
3 lbs of meat made 4 patties?
You need to call them Fatty Patty instead of juicy lucy.
That looks like a Full Meal Deal.
It looks yummy! :)
Really nice looking plate.
