Title: more seemores pistachios

While the sausage was in the hot water bath I mixed up a quick 8 cups of pistachios, and turned up the bradley to225.

sorry was short on time and just racked em and into the smoker.
sausage finished about 5 minutes after this pic :)

2 hours of pecan and apple.

Did 3 lbs of the seemore nuts with 5 different variations.

They are all good.
