Title: Butcher Supplies for Canuckleheads
Post by: Crazy Canuck on December 04, 2005, 03:53:43 AM
Two places I use to pick up butcher supplies and/or pre-made brines, rubs, sausage mixtures are the following two links. Both have really good rates and delivery has been excellent so far.

In BC I use, www.stuffers.com
In Alberta I use, www.halfordhide.com/catalogue/butcher-supplies.pdf

Thanks, Dan . . .

Olds, is it time to update our Vendors list?  Allong with Dan's suggestions I think we may have about a half dozen "recommended vendors" we could add to the list.  I can glean them from the Forum and send them to you when you have the time to add them (sometime in 2010, perhaps?).

Thanks for the link, CC. I haven't ventured into the world of sausage making for years but maybe one of these days.
