I know I'm not the first one to try this but you can take a can of Turkey Spam, slice into 4 slices and bread it with Mies and then moisten with water. Looks a bit "undone" but wait for it. ;) The red stuff in the middle is Soileau's.

Into a frying pan with about a half inch of vegetable oil until you can see the breading becoming golden brown. Said to Jan, "Do you smell fried chicken?" She said "Yes what are you cooking?" "You'll see".
And here we have it.

Very nice crispy coating, smelled just like home fried chicken. Made some rolls last night from Sonny's sweet bread starter. The slices of Mies Breaded Fried Turkey Spam fit in them nicely. No pics of the sammies as we were way hungry.
Chick Fil A got nothing on me! ;D

If you read the Label of the "new" span, it really isnt that bad.
Now the old stuff that had a church key on the can and you had
to open it like a sardine can and it was packed in some kind of
heart attack jell, .............. Now, that was bad for ya.
