My first try at using my new OBS.
Pork ribs with sweet and sour sauce.
Both turned out awesome.

That glare won't be as bad coming out of that smoker anymore and
You can put the sunglasses away. :D ;)

Dang!!! Great looking ribs.

PS: One thing I noticed - it looks like your V-trap is upside down. This can cause a fire inside your cabinet.

Remember its a V- trap and will funnel your drippings to the center and into the bowl. If you are using it upside down,

like a roof top, it will funnel the drippings to the front and back edges and could cause a major fire.
