First big Thanks to Bradley for getting me the new parts, Second Thanks to all you old School smokers for the advice. Got all the parts replaced and got her back fired up. She seams to be doing fine, hopefully it stays that way for a while. Smoking some Pork Shoulder and chicken today as well as tomatoes for my salsa.. Tonight on goes the jerky... Hope everyone has had a great weekend.
