Title: Raw in shell peanuts
Post by: Malc on September 20, 2011, 05:01:30 PM
My MIL thought she was bringing me a 4lb sack of salted roasted peanuts.  Turns out they were raw.  That was a weird first bite.  I have no idea what to do with them.  Any help would be great.

I was hoping to smoke them.  Should I boil them first?

You can smoke them first then roast them.

This is for peanuts in the shell, so you may have to keep an eye on them.
