with paprika
(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh103/beefmann/pork%20country%20ribs/DSC02268.jpg)
then granulated garlic
(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh103/beefmann/pork%20country%20ribs/DSC02269.jpg)
then some pepper
(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh103/beefmann/pork%20country%20ribs/DSC02270.jpg)
then some ground mustard
(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh103/beefmann/pork%20country%20ribs/DSC02271.jpg)
let stand in the fridge over night then onto the racks and ready for the smoker
(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh103/beefmann/pork%20country%20ribs/DSC02272.jpg)
and into the smoker
(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh103/beefmann/pork%20country%20ribs/DSC02273.jpg)
and if you look close enough there are 4 racks and the one of the bottom two is inverted ... more to follow as the smoke / cook progresses .. most likely tomorrow

For me smoked country style ribs fininshed in the crock pot is the only way to go. ;)
I like to throw in some sliced onion and green pepper too.
I got no beef with that plate :D

gonna have to get that bbq sauce recipe
It's under Rubs and Sauces. I added more cayenne cause we like spicy and don't have to cool it down for kids.
Now I'm hungry for sure! ;D
