Hi all,

Using the pulled pork I made a couple weeks ago and packed up I did up some quesadillas -

Very good way, delicious and filing way to use the meat.

Looks good!

Did you use smoked cheese? I love the Bradley Smoked Cheese on a quesadilla ;D

Quesadilla looks really good! One of my favorites ways to use extra pulled pork.
