Title: Dirty Rice - From the Bayou

Hello all. Figured I would give you all a little treat to go as a side at all BBQ's. For those who like Cajun grub this is it...
Enjoy


Boudreaux's Dirty Rice Recipe

1 ½ cup rice
1lb ground beef or ground pork Hot & Spicy
MIX Together
2 small can of crème of mushroom
2 small cans of French onion soup
MIX
2 cups chopped green onions
2 cups minced fresh parsley
1 medium bell pepper
½ cup finely chopped celery
½ cup finely chopped onion (white)
Plus spices of choice- tony's, pepper, salts, garlic powder, onion powder
MIX
Preheat Oven to 325*
Bake in closed casserole dish for 2 hours
DO NOT STIR- until brown rim around the rice

I have eat'en my weight several times over in dirty rice.

For a long time I thought all rice was created like that.

But the cream of mushroom soup and the french onion soup

might be a new twist I haven't tried.

Well give it a try. It will be the best dirtyrice you have eaten :). It took me about 8 years to get this right. I decided about 2 years ago to share my recipes. So as of late I have been doing so. I also do my own Boudin Sonny with a different twist . I can send you some if you like. I actually have a batch being made now. Hope you all enjoy. Thanks for all the advice given to me.
