A HUGE ditto on the smoked meatloaf.  Put some of your favorite Rub and BBQ sauce in the ground meat along with the other standard veggies, etc.  About 45 minutes before you are going to call your meatloaf done, paint the top of it with a light glaze of the same BBQ sauce.  Repeat in about 20 minutes and let it go another final 20-25 minutes or so.

Awesome.
