Title: Kielbasa in my meat ball sauce.
Post by: Sailor on September 27, 2011, 01:07:57 PM
I got to hankering for some meat balls and since I had lots of Kielbasa I gots to thinking.  Wonder what Kielbasa will taste like if I makes up a batch of meat ball sauce and do them like meat balls.  I usually make the meat balls in a crock pot but I am running out of time so I am using a pot instead.

Slap some of that on a hogie bun, a bunch of crushed red pepper, top with some cheese and I'm all over it.  ;D

That had to be good!  Especially with your home made sausage!  I've used that grape jelly/chili sauce mix for mini smokies and meatballs...but add garlic powder to it also.
