Title: Baked Me A Cake....Sort Of

Had left overs from making ABT's yesterday and heck I had some time on my hands today so i decided to use up the left overs
Made a bacon weave for the bottom
Rolled out the cream cheese between wax paper and placed on the bacon weave.
Took the left over hot Italian sausage and mushed that into the cream cheese.
Took left over hot peppers on top of that.
Shredded some smoked Mozzarella cheese and put that on top.
Made another bacon weave and hooked it all together.

What is it??? Dammed if I know but it was fun ;D ;D ;D

Money Shot? Not sure anybody would pay money for it but I guess I will cut it up into little Brownie Squares and feed it to my bud's at work ;D ;D

O man, that looks awesome. I did me a chub this past weekend. Standard affair. 2 lbs Bacon, 2 lbs of the Old Spicy Sausage, Jack Daniels BB Sauce, KC's Butt Rub Spices. Smoked on Oak and Hickory for about 5 hours. O man the Flava, I tell ya makes a tear come to my eye, sniff.

O and Hab and Tenpoint Yeah it happened, pic's be low, haha!

This is all that was left out of a 4+ lbs chub
