Title: From The 82nd AA
Post by: NePaSmoKer on October 02, 2011, 11:04:25 AM
My son who as you know is 82nd AA 2/504 PIR.

Called me and he got orders for the Army k-9 bomb squad training in Indiana for 4 months. He will be assigned to the 82nd brigade HQ when he gets to Afgn and receives his dog. His commander said this is great to put in his file and on job resume.

Happy for him but still worried that he is going into hostile areas  :-\  He so freakin WHOOAH and not scared of anything

He will love having such a loyal partner. If I was in that would be where I would like to train, With a dog. All the best to him and god's speed.

I do not have any kids, but that is a son I would be very proud of. I wish him the best and thank him for his service. Is he off to Atterbury south of naptown?
