Title: Screwed the Pooch
Post by: thirtydaZe on October 03, 2011, 08:50:55 AM
Boy did i screw up this picture thing.

Had just flown home from WI, the plan, Baby Backs, and as a last minute idea seasoned with this:

Cooked at 225*, 3 hours Hickory, then did my foil pan with apple juice covered for 2 hours.

Lastly, I coated them with Arthur Bryant's Sweet Heat BBQ sauce:

Foiled for another hour and ½.

Best ribs of mine to date, Hands down!

Yep, no pics..........

Can't believe it.

The Creole concept was strange, the sweet heat not my favorite, the end result was outstanding.
