Title: Some Jerky for the troops...

I was talking to my neighbor a few days ago and he said his son who is still in afghanistan really liiked the jerky that we made for him and thanked me for sending it along....I ask my neighbor when he was going to send him another package and he said next week, so we offered to make some jerky to send along...we had a couple of vension back straps left from last year so we added a pound of ground pork, that's my way...
It will be in the mail Tuesday...

Actually doing some Jerky today with an assortment of Zach's Jerky seasoning.

I know they will appreciate it.  We got care packages when we were in Kuwait and jerky was always a favorite.  Well done!

That buck was taken up in the UP of michigan and the bass was on Table Rock Lake MO...

Ghost thanks for remembering our Troops, my Son is in the USAF and anytime he is away from home and I send him care packages he always shares with his fellow troops.  Jerky is always on of their favorites.  I would say that the bass caught on Table Rock Lake was caught not to far from where I live.
