Hello all,

I'll get an intro posted soon but I wanted to say "Hello". I just picked up my first Bradley and as of last hour finished the "seasoning" process. I can't wait to get on with smoking all my wild game sausage, etc. I've never used a Bradley but have buddies who do. After a short time surfing this forum, I've already picked up some valuable info on my new unit. So thanks!

I'm all about wild game and have extensive experience with the whole "Field to Freezer" process so if anyone has any questions there, just let me know!

welcome to the forum and there are several members that also go out for big game and smoke them as well,,, im sure they will chime in as well

Welcome. This is the best place to shorten the learning curve on using your new Bradley. Some seriously great info here you won't find anywhere else.

Thanks again! Can't wait to dig into all the info and share some of my own experiences. My 9 year old daughter and I loaded up on salmon and will be smoking up a bunch after late deer season here in Washington.
