Title: N.C. Texan member
Post by: teesquare on October 09, 2011, 02:22:14 PM
Hey folks!

I am teesquare - and I am enjoying this forum immensely. I came to it after tlking with some of your members at a recent gathering/event.

I suffer from the malady of having a sense of smell that always caused my huntin' buddies to put the tracking collar on me instead of the dogs - and my tastebuds seem to be in over-drive most of the time too ;D.  Used to do some competitions - then life got busy.

I currently use several different cooking devices and may add more - if the wife can be distracted long enough, and I make rubs that are soem of the more unusual kinds.

Looking forward to learning here - and contributing when I can.

It is ok to post cooks from other then Bradley, just post it in the "Non Bradley Equipment" area.
