Always forget the pics at the start. 25 pounds smoking away. Taste great best I have made yet. Football casing from Sausage Maker in the middle. Finished by poaching. Split a couple of the football casings a little. Spice kit was bought at Halfords it was called Belmount.(http://tapatalk.com/mu/ae00c453-c9fe-530f.jpg)
