Had the local Publix butcher cut some beef short ribs but left them long. Added some Jalapeno rub and and spicy mustard and into the Bradley. Put in 3 hours of Pepper, rosemary, and thyme pucks.
Fixed and ready to go in:

Patience grasshopper.
They should be ready about 6:00 pm central time. They are in foil love now ( foiled with honey and brown sugar). After that about an hour of more smoke ( while the baked beans and baked potatoes are cooking)

should have seen the looks I got when I first asked for them. Now I am just the strange fellow that asks for long short ribs, beef fat (for sausage), to ground up my pork butt, and thick bone-in rib eyes.
After a little foil love, I put them back in with another hour of smoke, put the baked potatoes in the SRG, and the baked beans in the oven.
