Those paint buckets would be my grease bucket hanging under that MAK 2 Star.  When it gets full, lid on and dispose of.  New bucket.  That's what I use.

thats a great idea.  i use mason jars or jelly jars in my grease buckets.  just throw the jar out.   heh rick, wheres the cars?  you got a real nice set up there.  whats the red thing in the corner w/ the wheels on it?

i think that is his proofer/smoker.
looks good rick, seen on the food channel they were cooking gator ribs. looked pretty good.

Yup Gregs right, thats my proofer turned into a smoker. Had some help from Keymaster getting it going. Works dang good and can get temps of 90-300 if needed.

Car? Ya mean ya park cars in there?   :o

I found gator meat here, just kinda $$
