Title: 9lbs of Sirloin soaking!
Post by: Flyboyandre on October 16, 2011, 11:20:19 PM
Changed up the Muebe recipe slightly on this 9lb batch of Sirloin and Tuesday will be spent smoking what I hope to be another tasty batch of jerky, this time strips instead of nuggets.

Um, help! My smoker is too small. I managed to fit 8 racks in 4 rack smoker by placing 4 upside down. Taking donations in trade for samples....... ;D
