So how does that pre-made mix taste compared to a home made mix? Looking really good!
The AC Legg line of mix is great.

Getting close.

Looks great so far!
I've a packet of that same ACLeggs mix—plus a few others by them. I like their products so far. The spices taste 'right' (not overly salty nor 'processed' tasting). The fact they're gluten-free was one of the main reasons (plus recommendations from folks here) I tried the mixes.

Fridge rest finally done.

Mr Km ;D
I putchase right from the store at Meadow Creek grills in New Holland, PA.
There are allot of online stores that are really good to deal with. If you can give me a while i will find a store here that sells the AC Legg. AC is made right next door in Alabama.
BTW
Meadow Creek grills will ship. Jessie and his wife are top notch.
Dupey Equipment will ship them to you and if you want they will also sometimes ship the right amount of casings to go with the package
Yeah ditto with 10.5
They are good folks there and will ship COD even.
Cool, Thanks Guys!!!!
