and Rather  nice box it  is

What ... you  thought you  would see  what was  sent  right  off the  bat??....... What  were you  thinking ! !!!

any way i opened that  box and  found this.....

whats this ? thermocouple?  , yellow plug connectors... 3 boxes....  hummm

in the of the two boxes  is a timer and in the other  is the  pid

starting  of lay out  with power  strip and relays... may only  use one

front cover  with timer on left and pid on  right...  on off  switch below timer

back panel lay out with yellow plug for thermocouple  middle two receptacles for cabinet blower and  heater, the  next two will be  full time  on for the fan in my  smoker digs and  one for a light

i did notice that i need to add some protection and am  going to add in a push button breaker on the back for added protection

Thats gonna be a fun build and yes most definitely put a fuse in line before all the important stuff.

That will definately improve the accuracy of your smoker, Nice Box!!!!
