hello if i buy a pre cooked ham from price chopper should i still follow the air dry method ?
before i start smoking ?

I am not a pro but I think I would as it is my understanding it will allow the smoke to adhere to the ham better.

I sent you a PM. Basically if it is already fully cooked, you only need to pat it dry well, with paper towels.
