Title: Liquid injector
Post by: oguard on December 18, 2005, 09:22:30 PM
I have an injector but the rubber plunger seems to be breaking down. Was wondering if any one out there has got a good one that I should look for.I use it for injecting roasts and briskets with juice(apple cider, apple juice, orange juice etc..)Thanks in advance

Agree with Rob--I have 3 and they'll last a lifetime.  Only caveat is to wash it well pretty soon after you use it.  Even Stainless will corrode in mild acids like citrus juice and vinegar if its exposed for a long time.

Ditto on the injector from Cabela's.  I have one of each size and they are built like a tank.   JJC is right about immediate clean-up.
