Nice job, looks perfect. Little sauerkraut and dark rye will make a killer rueban sammy.

It is fantastic and so simple to make! Already brought a couple of these vacuumpacks in to my hard working crew with some Rye bread and mustard. Lasted about 20min.

Now I'm hooked and you're right, only store bought stuff is the meat :)

Andre,

Looks great!  Had the same experience at my workplace.  Only problem is now they keep asking when the next batch will be ready.

Nice Job,
Jeff

Well, i had looked forward to opening the last vacuum pack for a monster sandwich this morning but it didnt turn out as planned. Something to the extent of W*! came out of my mouth as i opened the fridge this morning. IT WAS GONE!!!!!!!!
Come to find out my wife had taken it to share with her teacher friends at school. What a rotten thing to do!!!!!!!

I made a very simple blend of 1/3 cup of black ground pepper and 1/4 cup of Ground Coriander for this one. Probably have enough left for 2 more slabs but it's sealed and ready for the next smoke.

Smoking is fun and this form of it does wonder to my lungs when I breathe in  ;D
