Title: Fish and Meat in same smoker

I have been told you should not use the same smoker for fish and meat, as the fish will taint the meat. Any truth to this?

I've done salmon and turkey,on different racks(turkey on top one) at the same time and I'm still alive and kickin' !

But maybe I'm just lucky.

I'll watch for other replys for the expert advice,
