Title: Checking in from North Dakota

Howdy,

  I recently got the OBS and have smoked some chicken, tenderloins, and pistachios -- YUM.  I've been reading this forum for a little while and I have to say the folks on here are GREAT!  Thanks in advance for any help you provide to me - I'm sure I'll need it -- and I'll be sure to keep paying it forward when I'm capable of helping someone else.

Thanks Sailor and wyoduke - I'm from Minot.  Retired from the Air Force in '91 and last year retired from civil service.  Enjoy hunting and fishing - just about anything outdoors.  With a little luck, there will be some venison on the smoker in a couple of weeks...
