Title: Big hunk of Beef on the Bone
Post by: Hiram on October 28, 2011, 07:42:37 PM
On the cooking shows I see restaurants serving beef ribs with a chunk of meat on the end of the bone the size of a baseball. I've never seen one of these in the supermarket or butcher shops, what is this called other than a big chunk of meat on a bone, thanks.
