I figured it must be a good thing when your wife goes "when are you going to make some more pastrami, only to bring in to her co-workers for brownie points?"
Thought to myself, well lets get 2 done this time. Yielded a full gallon bag ready for vacuum packing. Had to get seal of approval first.
