Hi Everyone,
Well, I made a 5# batch of venison snack stix using one of Nepas great recipes and they came out just as tasty as usual.
I made some that were a bit longer than the smoker racks and had to bend a couple to get them to fit.
And low and behold one came out to be a snack stick candy cane.

I thought to myself "Hey, that would be neat idea for Christmas gifts!"

Really nice! That candy cane snack stick is a way cool idea...I'm stealing it! 8)

I think I'm going to make some for my folks since I send them smoked and canned stuff for Christmas every year.
