Title: Jerky W/Q Jerky Board

One of the supervisors at my wife work asked if i had time to make some jerky.......Sure

Got 4 lbs of LB. Going to slice it on the 'Q' Jerky board.

Nice but what the heck is that stripping machine? And what did you think of the board? Did it work well? does it need improvements or design change?

The board works very well....TYVM I  dont see anything wrong with it.

The stripping machine  :o in my jerky slicer for the end of my grinder. I just get lazy is all.  :o

That is a cool unit. Glad the board worked for ya. Now I should make myself one.  :D

Are you doing the complete process in the Bradely? Is this a recipe or a package? Mind sharing cooking details you use if you do it all in the Bradley?
