Decided to try something new. Pork loin injected with ginger beer and Jans rub. On to the Treager at @250 with hickory apple pellet mix.

Sorry no money pics. It was all but gone before I had a chance to take a pic. It was fantastic nice and moist for a cut of pork thats hard to get right. I will inject with the Ginger beer again maybe a butt next time.
