Title: digital unit shuts down
Post by: meateater on October 31, 2011, 11:05:05 AM
One week old 4 rack digital unit, original heater unit did not work, just got my new heater element installed it and set to due the 1st seasoning. Heat and smoke were fine but when the puck moved to replace a burnt one the unit went beep and shut everything off including the heater, no E messages nothing.

I am very close to returning this piece of c*** to Costco unless I can get the unit to work reliably. Any ideas?

Call Bradley. They have been through every possible power failure and will help you.

Are all your plugs seated tight?
