For us newbies it would be useful to have a sticky or a list somewhere of what the various abbreviations used on the site stand for. I know what OBS and DBS are now but others may not.

Seen two others I still don't know TBE and SRG and I am sure there others that I haven't come across yet

We had one on the recipe site, but I can't find it now.

TBE = The Big Easy - an infrared oil-free turkey fryer

SRG = Smoker Roaster Grill - The next generation of the TBE that also smokes and grills.

Both are Char-Broil products and run on propane, NG if you know how...

Pellet pooper = Pellet fired smoker/grill

ECA = Encapsulated Citric Acid

PID = Proportional, Integral, Derivative
