We did Pineapples, Cranberries, Pears, Apples and Bananas... The pineapples take the longest and the Cranberries you have to cut them or they will get hard as rocks, we put the cranberries in a zip loc bag and run the rolling pin over them..

Looks great! Are you using frog mats there? Mine smell to smoky to use in the dehydrator, to use for fruit that is.
