The wife and I were out shopping and saw these turkey breasts half prices. Thought of smoking them and picked them up. Well what would I smoke with the Turkey, and smoked Beans came to mind. Here are the spices I used for the brine and the rub. The turkey was in the brine for almost two days. As you know I'm newbie at this and this is my first attempt on smoking turkey.

Gave it the rub after the Turkey Breast hit room temperature.

The Apple Juice in the bottom drip try for gravy did not work out well. I missed the timing and it dried out a bit.
Had to add more Juice.

Well I was surprised how moist the Turkey was. For the Beans I use one cup of brown sugar. Little sweet for me.
Real nice $$ shot.
