MrsKyNola(Jan) will have surgery tomorrow morning on her right middle finger to correct "trigger finger". Outpatient surgery but surgery nonetheless.
We may be out of commission for a day or so but I'll be lurking about.
Thanks for your good thoughts.
Jan
Hope everything goes good. Sending out speedy recovery vibes to you.

I wish you the best of luck Jan and Hope your recovery is very quick.
OUCH! Hope all goes well.
Tell Jan, asap after the surgery, I recommend the "Flamingo Recovery Center"!
Jan, I hope everything goes well for you and wish you a speedy recovery.
Here's hoping she is ambidextrous and can still "flip you off" with her left hand.
I was lucky - had a trigger finger (right ring finger) last year and was able to cure it with a cortisone shot. Surgery always sucks (but better for trigger finger than any number of ailments I can think of).
best wishes and prayers fir a speedy recovery
Hope all goes well Gus.

Hoping all goes well, but if something goes awry you can still scold Kynola with your middle finger. ;D ;D Hope you have a speedy recovery Jan.
Best wishes on your surgery Mrs. K. The Mr will be waiting on you for a day or two I hope!
Wishing for a speedy recovery.
Best wishes and prayers sent!

Good luck. Hope this work out well with as little nerve damage as possible.
Larry...sure hope all goes well my friend, we will keep Jan in our prayers...
hope all goes well
Good luck and prayers your way. Hope it all works out good.
I just heard from Larry and everything went well. Jan will be out of recovery soon and then they'll head for home.
Jan, hoping all goes well this morning and you heal up real quick because you need to quickly get back around to popping your hubby up aside the head! He needs that every now and then or more often!
It is said that Jan's Rub is good for everything. When you get home, maybe just sprinkle.......nope, I'm not a doctor - I did not say that!!
Hope Jan has a speedy recovery.
Thank all of you for your good thoughts, wishes and prayers. Jan is doing fine and has a new best friend named Demerol. The procedure is simple but her hand is quite sore. She is right handed and naturally that's the hand that is pretty much incapacitated.
Worst part of the whole deal was we both had to get up at 5AM this morning to be at the hospital by 6:30. I have not seen 5AM since 3/31/11(my last day at work). I remembered immediately why I didn't like it back then.
Jan asked me to convey her thanks too. You folks are incredible.
Glad to hear all went well.

If it is anything like the facilities around here, you have to be there by 6:30 so that you can be prepared for surgery by 7:30 and then the surgery starts around 9:00.
Glad to hear all went well. Best wishes to both of you!
How is Jan feelin this mornin?
The day after is always the funnest. ::)
Wishing the Jan the fastest of recovery!
She's doing OK. Fingers are less swollen today and finger movement is getting easier for her. Soreness came back later in the morning. Demerol solved that problem. ;)
Making shrimp, smoked sausage and chicken jambalaya for her tonight.
Partner I just know you are taking good care of that Lady... :D

I'm sure that will sooth her soul and help her forget the pain. You're a good man.
Wishing Jan a very speedy recovery.
Hope the boss ;D recovers fast. Best wishes for you folks. ;)
I tell ya, you shake a little of her rub on the finger and spray it with windex, she wouldn't have needed the Demerol! ;D
Hope all is going well for Miss Jan. But I know you are taking good care of her. I hate it when someone hurts!
She is much better. We were able to remove the large bandage from surgery yesterday. Her movement is greatly enhanced now that the surgical bandage is not holding the hand stable.
Thanks for everyone's thoughts, well wishes and prayers.
