Is there a way to post a file for download. I have the len poli recipes in a zip file. Thought if I could post it others would want it.

Not that I know of. You will have to upload it to a file sharing site and post the link to it

Ok well I did that. Trouble is if you quit using or loose those you can no longer see them here either. Thanks anyway!
