Got a chance to try Bad Byron's rub! Friend used it on some ribs and chicken. Got to say I was a bit disappointed. It's made here in Ohio so been wanting to try for some time. Don't know if its because I've been mixing my own (mostly Jan's) or what. But found it to be to salty, and lacking much flavor. Pretty much like i use to do on steaks I think Salt,Pepper,garlic and onion. Need something more for me and a little kick would be nice. Planned on including some for the Christmas exchange. But probably not now.
Just mine and the wife's opinion. Some one else might like it.
