Title: prime rib for x-mas

room temp for 3 hours, smohed at 225 for 4 hours with hicory til 135.far more beter than mondays.the roast was 5 ribs and 12 lbs.  iceman i had 3 for you

meatman welcome to the fourm[:)] mondays is that a restuant? any pic's of the primerib? sounds good need to add that to my to do list[;)]
